Asterisk 11.25.1
A2Billing 2.2.0

I am not 100% sure if this is a bug or an "improvement." as this did work just fine with a previous version of A2Billing

I have a Customized provider created with the tech being SIP and the provider being %dialingnumber%, and have it set to remove the prefix '1111' and I have a custom rate plan for 1111 to set a specific rate I want to charge for an inbound call (per minute). The DID is set up as an non-voip call (so it will go through the local dummy trunk and bill accordingly from the rate card). The destination is setup as [email protected], however while I'm watching the CLI on asterisk, I see it trying to dial out as SIP/XXXXXXXXXX@1234, so something is stripping the dots between the ip address. I've tested it with a hostname, and it does the exact same thing, instead of being google.com it will pass as googlecom, which is a big problem.

Any advice?

Why not create a peer under voip settings.
You will be able to control host, codec and every other aspect of SIP peer.
Set HOST to IP or host name and then your inbound destination to SIP/1111XXXXXX@peername
