Hello,
I upgraded from version 1.4 to 1.6 yesterday and my "package offer" stopped working.
The packages I created include free minutes to certain prefixes; this was properly configured and working under version 1.4 but now the system does not recognize that the client has that package assigned.

If clients do not have any credit available they are not able to place calls even though they have a call plan which includes the package offer assigned to them.

Is anyone experiencing the same problem?

Hello again, I just found out that package offer works if the card's credit is greater than $0.
I added $0.01 to the card and I was able to use package offer as part of the call plans with no problems. I also verified under "package details" that minutes are being counted for packages.

In previous versions it was not necessary to have available credit in order to be able to call place calls using "package offer", I am not sure if this is a bug or if this is the say it should work from know on.
