I have this weird problem
I have setup in my agi-conf#
international_prefixes to 011
for example my calling card access number is 212 555 55 55

when my customers dial any number for example 01116175890300 (+1 617 589 0300)

instead of passing 01116175890300 to the trunk it passes the acess number that the caller used to reach my calling card system

"Called mytrunkname/12125555555" and they go to the begining :(

and if they call without the international prefix 011 the call is passed the right way

"Called mytrunkname/16175890300"

can anyone tell me what may be wrong

Thank you in advance

CibER.

Hi

Have you got use_dnid = yes? In your case, it should be set to no.

Hi.
thank you for your quick reply.

I have use_dnid set to no

If I had dnid set to yes it wouldn't ask for the phone number I wish to call.
I tried with another access number and it passes the other access number to the trunks
is like dnid is activated but still asks for the number I wish to call, while is set to use_dnid=no

Ciber.

Joe is right along those lines DNID. I have servers that behave like that as well and it's due to DNID probably. If you really want to spend time and find out what is causing this, I suggest you create another AGI-CONF and route calls there. If all is good then compare the two AGIs variables one by one :-)

hi brother i just want to know are you using both services in a2billing like calling cards & voip services. just add a new agi-conf2 in a2billing and did some changes like dnid =no .....
just add this in your extensions_a2billing.conf
[a2billing]
;for voipservices
exten => _X.,1,DeadAgi(a2billing.php|2)
exten => h,1,Hangup

[custom-a2billing]
;calling card application
exten => _X.,1,Answer(1)
exten => _X.,n,DeadAgi(a2billing.php|1)
exten => h,1,Hangup

if you are using freepbx then do some changes on it like this
go to custom destination and add destination for calling cards
custom-a2billing,${EXTEN},1

i hope this ill work for you ........
