 Post subject: Your new Agent hasn't been inserted

I upgraded my a2billing to Version 1.6.0, I updated the database and when I try to add a new agent I get a error message "Your new Agent hasn't been inserted" please help

Hi

You may have mucked up the upgrade of the DB, return to your backup and have another go, running each script in the right order to upgrade the DB.

its too late I have all my cdr's and new call plans and customers, I cant go back, any other ideas?

Re-enable the PHP quick profiler, and see what SQL commands are being run, then run them manually at the MySQL CLI, and see which ones fail, this should give you a clue as to what has gone wrong from the error messages.
