Hello! Today our support stuff received few tickets from clients about non working accounts. Turned out that A2billing changed the status to 'Waiting subscription payment'. The specified accounts have enough credit. On the other hand, if this behaviour is new in A2billing since 1.7, the accounts with not enough credit to cover their subscription were in 'Active' status. And the obvious question is: Is this a bug, or there is something new to configure in a2billing from v1.7? |

Hi If you have configured subscriptions, then if the Subscription is not paid, irrespective of the balance on the customer's account, service will cease. Joe |

I have configured subscribtion for all the accoounts and so far it was substracting the amount from the balance. Only the customers with a balance lower than the subscription amount were warned, but their accounts were not suspended. |
