Since some time I'm experiencing some problems with my carrier (viewtopic.php?f=20&t=8005)
and I noticed some calls that where interrupted but they where still billed and counted. The problem is that a2billing shows the call lasted 990 Minutes and two others with about 550 Min. each !
I checked the CDR's from my carrier and they show the calls lasted for 10 or 25 sec. So it looks like I really have a big problem somewhere but I can't find it.

This looks like signaling problem and probably is caused by the device of your client. Probably the device is not sending disconnect command to asterisk and channel remains open until balance of your client goes to 0.

well there is no device.
This was a callback from a2b. so the only device would be my asterisk server with a2b, where I didn’t change anything. The problems, I think, was from voicetrading (or whatever bettamax brand you want).
Not sure how I should prevent things like this in future.
