Customer with $100 balance. make 168 calls at cost of $1.7, and account balance is $24.75. btw one of the asterisk servers went down overnight So after little digging and searching I discovered that $75 is a equivalent of 300 channels at $0.25. Calls ware made and "Dial Balance reservation" reserved $75 and asterisk went down, so the calls ware never canceled nor completed. My question is: Can I, and how to release the calls and have the reserved amount refunded to a customer account? Or should I just make a manual correction in billing and reset the channel used number back to 0? |
