Auth Fail on Valid card

I am getting auth fail after entering a valid card. In the login I see that the card has $10.

I fix the problem by setting the following to no:

callerid_authentication_over_cardnumber No

I would like to keep it at Yes. Can any one pointout why when it set to Yes it does not accept my card.

Both caller ID and PIN have to match the customer with this setting, so check the callerID

I would point out that if you had not answered your own question, i would not have bothered replying to your first post, because I've not got the time or inclination to scroll through logs, and more often than not ignore posts that include pasted log. Attach logs, don't paste them.

Hello, I am having the same problem.... my callerid_authentication_over_cardnumber is set to NO. I did however, populate the cc_voucher using mysql directly. I did not use the generate module in a2billing. All vouchers generated using a2billing generate voucher module works fine

Is there something else generated when using a2billing to generate the vouchers that I need to manually put in mysql? Please assist. Thanks
