Hi folks,
I need urgent help please
I am using
asterisk:1.6
a2billing:1.9.1
Installation:OK
But when i dialed any number i am having this:The number you have dialed is currentely not available.
Ratecards simulator does not work either, it says:No matching rate found !

Hi,
check if your ratecards are attached to your callplan and check if your customers are attached to the callplan you configured.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
Please could you show me how to check that?I have checked all the settings but it looks like they re all ok.
Ps:on my debug asterisk window , it seems like agi(a2billing.php) is not called

Hi,
in gui go to your call plan and check if your ratecard exists under ratecard list,if not , add it and make sure that remove prefix selected according to your rates.

Hello!, I have the same problem, I'm using a2billing 1.9.3 with asterisk 1.4 (trixbox).
I can't make calls and I can't get RATECARD SIMULATOR working.
I have definied Ratecards, rate and Call Plan, all is well configured, and the account is configured to use the CALL PLAN already defined, but when I try to make a call I get "...the numer you have dialed is currently unavailable..." also if I try to simulate the call with ratecard I get "No matching rate found !".

Does anyone have the same problem? I new on a2billing.

Hi

The problem you are having is that the number you are simulating / dialling is not matching with your rates. I can only repeat the advice above.

1. Check the customer is attached to a callplan - this may not be the case if you created a customer before creating the first callplan.

2. Check the rate card is attached to the callplan.

3. Check there is the desired rate in the rate table.

I double checked all the configurations and all seems ok, but I'm new in a2billing, this is my first experience, I'll describe my configuration:

CUSTOMER:
. the customer is attached to the CALL PLAN "Oro"

RATES
. I have a RATECARD with TARIFFNAME called "local"
. I have a CALL PLAN called "Oro" and has the RATECARD called "Local"
. In the Rates section I have defined a Rate to the RATECARD "local" with DIALPREFIX "011"

Then, when I try to call the number "011xxxxxx" I get "...the numer you have dialed is currently unavailable...", in the same way, if I try to simulate a call I get "No matching rate found !" error.

Do you need other information related to my configuration ?

Hi

We've given you all the information we can above.

However, go and edit the customer, and then make sure that oro is selected as the callplan THEN CLICK SAVE. I've put it in capitals, because I want you to click save on that customer.

I refer to this part of my earlier instructions.

I double checked that Oro is selected as the Call Plan for the card I'm testing, but according what you say, I selected it again and then press "CONFIRM DATA" button again.

Rate Simulator start working !!, thank you jroper for this tip, you already has the same experience?

I'll continue testing this installation.

What you did what create a customer before creating a call plan, so the customer was attached to no callplan at all - because none had been created yet.

Then you went to have a look, and would see the default call-plan in the box, and assume the account had a callplan.

I told you in my first answer what the problem could have been.

Hi Guys,

Today I faced this situation and we found out that the Rate card is expired. My colleague has put the rate card to expire by end of the month so that he can put a revised and updated rate card.

Please check the rate card end date as well.

Hello Guys,

If I may add :

1) Not only rate cards, but Rates themselves ..
check the starting date and expiration date and both should make sense ...
With an earlier version of A2B i had a similar problem once just because the the rates were having a starting date of (today date) .. ,, 2nd day they worked !
Also, if the Rate Card expiry is set to '0000-00-00' .. you will have issues.

2) check that you are not accidentally (forcing) another CallPlan in your AgiConf settings
