I'm wondering if anyone has bumped into this before.
Calls will not connect after clearing the customer card number, and I get "The number you have dialed is not available...".
Simulator shows no matching rates. Import was done with selecting the correct (and only) ratecard. Tried deleting the rate card all together and renaming it, but no luck. The call plan has the rate card listed and configured and saved. Clearly the rates are in the ratecard but are not seen in the simulator.
Any one have any idea where to look on this one?
I could really use some help with this.
