 Post subject: Ongoing issue with customer currency on Reports?

Not sure if this is a bug however surely it shouldn't be happening:
Environment:
A2B 1.9.3
Base Currency: USD
Customer Currency set: EURO

The customer goes through Call History on his panel, and lists calls selecting his currency as EURO.
He clicks SEARCH and the first page of calls shows the proper records in EURO. So far so good. When however the customer presses NEXT> to see the next page of records, the currency changes back to USD!

Furthermore at that point the customer is confused and is trying to download the history on his PC however this feature is not present and hence this results to a support ticket.

Up to a few days ago I was using 1.7.1 and I was hoping that this 'bug' would be fixed by now..

Has anyone found a solution to this?

Hi

We don't allow a customer to download their own CDR records, as a busy wholesale customer, with a few million calls could have your server so busy processing and and delivering a large text file that other customer's calls could be affected.

In respect of the bug, that will be checked.

Point taken, but what happens if it's a legal requirement to provide the customer with full detailed analysis of his calls by either sending him the list monthly or allowing him to download it from the system? Which could be an acceptable solution to this issue (without risking system stability of course)?

Hi

You could set up a cronjob at a quiet time to run a shell script that extracts the records and emails them as a CSV
