Hi guys,

I´m installing Asterisk 1.8 and A2Billing 1.9.3, after the restore of de DB I lose some tables, like mail templates and others.

The question is that I have a ratecard and I can see it in the admin panel, but no in the customer panel.

All customer have assigned a call plan, and the rate cards are assigned to the call plan.

I see in posts about it, but don´t solve my problem.

The simulator works in the customer web but they can´t see any price in the rates table "THERE IS NO RATECARD CREATED!".

Something about this ?.

Thanks in advance.

Restore the large tables separately. PHP may be timing out. You can also restore from the command line which is many times faster.

The problem persists. In customer web, the rates are in blank.

Nobody with this problem ????

Thanks.

Assuming the above is the real issue, you should probably resolve this problem first. How did you backup and how are you performing the restore? PhpMyadmin is better to use in my opinion. For the rate tables and CDR's, these tables can be very large and when you try to restore them, PHP will time-out without any messages or warnings. In this case, you will need to modify certain variables in php.ini and retry the operation until succesful.

On the other hand, when you did the installation, the order in which you create the ratecards, call plan etc is important. It has been mentioned several times in these forums. This could cause the ratecards to not show up in the call plan. The solution to this, is to delete the tariff components in the reverse order and recreate them in the proper order.

Hi,
It sounds as though you made a backup of an older version of A2Billing, you then installed the newer version and try to restore the database to the new version. If that's the case, you could be having problems forever. You would need to remove all of the tables from the new install, restore the old tables and run the update DB script for the new install. If your old version is e.g 1.4.4. You start from there.

If the above is not the case, the only other solution is that of vulcan.

Good Luck.

Thanks ,

I Will make you say, but, creating new callplans and ratecards, I can´t see it in customer panel. It seems strange, no ?
