i don't receive the IVR before the calls

Hello ALL
i use asterisk 1.8 and A2bililng 1.9 and i have this dial plan

[a2billing]
;Calling card application
exten => _X.,1,Answer()
exten => _X.,2,Wait(1)
exten => _X.,3,AGI(a2billing.php)
exten => _X.,4,Wait(1)
exten => _X.,5,Hangup()

when i make a call the system tell me my balance and secondly, le system tell to enter the number
that i want to reach follow by #, but me i don't the have the IVR, i want just enter the number
that i want to call, how can i do that please ??
