I have noticed that in the billing for inbound DID if I place the price (RETAIL COST PER MINUTE) at 0.015 and then the first billing (RETAIL MIN DURATION) at 60 and subsequently the second billing (RETAIL BILLING BLOCK) also at 60, the system will charge correctly the first billing if under a minute (it will charge the whole price); unfortunately, If the call goes beyond the minute, for example 1:06, it will charge the first billing correctly at 60 but the second billing will go to 1 second even though it says 60:
RETAIL COST PER MINUTE 0.15 The cost can be negative where there is an out payment, or more usually, positive RETAIL MIN DURATION 60 Set the minimum duration to charge the customer (ie 60 seconds) RETAIL BILLING BLOCK 60 Set the billing increment in seconds to bill your customer.

The total cost should have been for 2:00 minutes = 0.03
I thank you in advance for your attention to this matter and for providing the solution.
