I have noticed a bug in v1.9.4 where, i have 4 trunks setup. 2 of those trunks have rate cards attached to them. The other 2 don't have any rate cards attached to them but act as Fail over trunks.

Whenever calls are failed over to these trunks without rate card, the customer is not billed for the call. Is this normal behavior or a bug?

Hi

On failover, the rates are not recalculated, so i would doubt that the failover trunk is causing the issue. Test without failover trunks to confirm.
