I have noticed that whenever a user is on a call ( active sip channel), their balance shows as negative e.g mostly about -$47.00 USD etc. As soon as they finish their call the right balance is shown.
This might be a functionality with a2billing software. But the issue is, users are complaining of receiving notifications telling them their account balance are low, as low as -$47.00 USD which however is not true when they login to check their balance, they see a different amount.

Another scenario is a user complaining of getting the IVR " You do not have sufficient credit to make this call". But when they hang up and try again, everything works correctly.

Has anyone experienced this before? Please help. This is really frustrating for me.

Thanks,

Hi

There is a feature called dial balance reserve in the agi-conf, which reserves a sum of money set by you, so that when you have multiple concurrent calls, the balance is reduced at the start of each call to try and negate negative balance.

It seems that you may have this figure turned up a little high.

Joe,
I had this set as 50. I have corrected it to 0.50
You are the best Joe. That was a good catch.
Thanks,
