Hi

Can you test to ensure that the caller ID is actually being sent by the trunk and carrier by making a call direct from Asterisk, without using A2Billing.

Hi,

First you need to make sure that the issue is not caused by the carrier or a certain sub-carrier. Is it happening with all destinations ?

Is it happening with inbound and outbound calls ?

In the sip.conf file, there are two parameters related to caller ID ,, trustrpid and sendrpid , if you enable them they might help.

Are you using asterisk in real time ? if not then please post an example sip account from your system

It all depends on how your system is arranged

Regards,
