Hi Everyone !!!

I am having trouble trying to authentificate my SIP users using realtime architecture..

I have created a SIP friend for each customers and they can all register to asterisk using the sip detail provided. However, when they make a call the system still asking for the account number (prepaid-enter-pin-number). I am sure I added the account number into the accountcode field in a2billing...

Any Idea why it this happening ?

Hi

Make sure you have Caller ID recognition switched off in the agi-conf.
