Hi,

if an Agent edit a customer record, the VAT filed turns to "0". Each time an agent edit a customer record, needs to retype the VAT %.

Something about this ?

True, and not only, also the "TIMEZONE" is always set to "GMT -12:00 International Date Line West"
I've fix this problem, and I've also added the ability for the agent to change the "Call Plan" for a user already created, and not only during the creation (I think it's just so).
As soon as I have time, place the file with the changes.

Since I have made ​​several changes to this file, and return it to its original condition with the one correction in the value of VAT, for me it's a job too long, if it's okay, and if you tell me what country are you and what is the value of VAT, so i can give you the file set:
Nation already set, set VAT value (the agent, they often forget to set it ...), set Time Zone, Create IAX Conf "NO" (the agent, they often forget to set it up, creating unnecessary configurations IAX ...), the possibility for the agent to change the "Call Plain" between those who have available (for a client already exists), email Notification "Yes" (so, if the address is not set, the notification does not happen ...). All fields can always be changed to the occurrence ...

Ok, attached, find the file FG_var_card.inc.txt (I renamed the file. txt to be able to attach ...). Remove ". txt" at the end of the name, and copy this file to: /var/www/a2billing/agent/Public/form_data/, first by renaming the original file .OLD.
Let me know if you have no problems.
