A fraudulent user is on a call. How do i manually stop the call without affecting other users? |

From the command prompt ... asterisk -rv core show channels channel request hangup [channel ID] |

if it is sip channel, following command would do the job for you, just press tab at the end of command to list all channels. Code: channel request hangup SIP/
