Hi Guys,

I'm facing issue with stepped billing.

Have no problem to set that up but in order to get 'stepped biling' working have to resign from putting SELLING and BUYING rate.
It works fine and charge as I want, but how do I know now for how much the minutes were bought from my telco provider? If I have look into set up RATES than I know, but how will I charge customers if have plenty of them?

The stepped billing doesn't work when SELLING and BUYING rate is set up?It's just charging per selling and buying rate..

When you look into table on CALL REPORTS -> CDR's once the set up above is in place you missing BUY RATE and MARKUP.

Is there any other way to do that?

I really appreciate it.

Thanks and Regards,

Does anyone have any idea? As once using the stepped billing , cannot set up buying and selling rate, and that wont show me BUYING rate minutes cost at the end of the Cdr table.. , just value 0 appears as couldnt set up initially.

If that information is not known that don't how much need to pay to my provider..?
