I was just doing some research and discovered that most billing systems allow their packages to be offered by assigning to customers or groups of customers. In a2billing, package offer can only be assigned to call plan. This is not good because each time you change the rate tables, you need to go update the package offer rates. Will it not make sense to assign the package offer to customers or groups of customers instead? |
