Hi There:

When i make calls it goes through but I don't hear anything. After few rings it goes silent (have checked each and every time calls are answered) neither I nor destination party can hear anything. Server provider is blaming Trunk providers and vice versa...have so far changed few trunks with same result. Can anyone suggest what might be the actual issue?

Hi

Silent calls could be a result of either codec or NAT issues.

A sip trace may help you identifying where the problem may be.
