This is got to be the most irritating error message on the system...

It seems when a call is dropped or some other unknown situations the account is market In Use.

I suggest a2billing keep log of the channel name when it puts it in use, and when the next call is dialed if in use is > 0 see if the channel/s it saved is actually still active, if not automatically reset in use to 0 and allow the call to proceed.
