For example 65*441157854 (65 trunk, uk.)

You could work the same way as Call-Labs, e.g. 000 selects one level of quality, and 0000 for another.

Simply create rates prefixed with 000 and 0000 which select different trunks, and those trunks strip off the leading zeros before going to the carrier.
