I let the non-stupid people use the simulator
I am in the US and charge one flat rate to call US and Canada. However, I use tiered origination so I have like 400,000 rates for US only. What I do is create an "international only" call plan. Then in the Rates page I choose the option to export that call plan using LCR. I take all that into excel 2007 and remove the column containing the prefixes. Then I "Clean & Remove Duplicates". My provider charges the same international rate for most prefixes except a couple of countries, for example UK mobile - for UK there's a different charge for each carrier.
