Hello, i have the problem that since the A2billing answers the call the call counter starts in client, because its receives the ANSWER SIP command ...is there any way that the call gets answered only when the real remote called number answers ? ..Thanks

Hi

In short, do not answer the call, either in the Asterisk dialplan, or in the agi-conf, nor should you play audio.

Not answering the call and playing audio to the caller is mutually exclusive.

In order to play IVR, you have to answer the the call, which means that the endpoint will start the call-counter in the endpoint.

Thanks Joe

There is no way that my customers can hear the " say_timetocall " and only start the calltime-counter when called number answers ?

No

Think about it, the two are mutually exclusive.
