I would suggest that Excel and Access are far better places to create your rate deck, and apply a percentage.

Apart from which, applying a percentage can cause issues as with the low rates, e.g. Hong Kong, you end up with next to no profit, but for the higher rates, e.g. Satellite, you end up with obscenely high rates.

I was going to ask for the same thing, but then I checked the code and it's already there. Just add a % to the end of your value and it will get used for addition and subtraction.

And you can filter for high/low rates quite easily before applying updates...
