hi, i have progressive rate card and i want to find out how the extra charge for toll free number is applied. the extra charge for Toll Free number is applied on top of flat sell rate? or it follow the progressive rate and applied on top of the progressive rate? hope its not confusing here is an example: i have a rate card with progressive rate and toll free extra charge is (0.03) leg A: first 10 minutes- sell rate (0.01) leg B. second 20 minutes - sell rate X 1.5 leg c: Rest of the minutes- Sell Rate (0.01) i am trying to work out the minutes for Free Access so that i can put up for customer to see. thanks. |
