Hi, I have a system that was working. Suddenly the rate engine stopped recognizing information from rates. Long story short, i've reinstalled a2billing 1.8.1, tried everything with one call pan, containing 1 ratecard containing 1 rate. Still the simulator did not recognized the number dialed (the rate is 514 prefix, and the trunk is setup to add 1 prefix) when entered 5148888888 on the simulator is still does not recognized it. so I deleted it and when recreating it the same way as before (514 rate prefix) it worked. So I added a second one to test, 450 this time, and this was not recognized by the simulator! Can the DB be corrupted? I did a fix on the DB without any change. At this point I am willing to give access and pay to have someone check it out and fixed. Thanks |
