Can Agents commision be linked to the rates table on per rate basis? One flat rate does not give enough flexibility on high end rates and causes high end rate to be to more expensive, competitively. So one would want to give lower percentage commission to higher rates.

How about having 3 - 5 rate ranges. That is if rate is between range A then commission A is used, if rate is between range B then commission B is used etc. As the rate is used for the current calculation, it can be used to select the range commission to use.
