Buy rate, flat charge, not per min

Most of my call rates are bought at a flat rate, untimed, so per sec does not work for me. Have tried min of 60sec with 0 sec increments but does not work.

I would charge a connection fee, if this is all you need to achieve.

Thanks but the issue is entering the correct buy rate, not sell rate
