Cost field

Anyone knows what the cost field is for... I know it's to enter the rate that the provider is paying but does it show on any report the difference between the amount paid and the money made?

That's true. This is something we're working on. The basic is at least to be able to see how much did you pay for a certain call in addition to how much did you charge for it. And from there to other reports like how much did you earn (per month/per user/etc.).
