I have a2billing with latest version. and asterisk 11.
i am using a DID number as a access number for my customers. when i call the number its asking for please enter the destination number. then my customers dial their international number. but i heard that if i dnt dial international number and just press the *0# and it will be play the customer balance IVR
i tried in my server. but when i call the access number and then press the *0# its start again the please enter the destination number IVR
Can someone please advise me how to fix it?
