Hi,

It might be not bad idea to implement paypal based on user account [not for whole application].

So admin will be able to select/define option that some users can have paypal option and some no.

as these services can be activated or not per user basis:

RUN SERVICE Yes - No



RUN AUTOREFILL Yes - No



SIP ACCOUNT Yes - No


So, IF it is same as above for paypal:-

PAYPAL Yes - No

He try to say , only pre-authorized user can use paypal . this will help to avoid charge back.

Guys,

While i can see the benefits of this suggestion, i have one question.

How do you then accept payment from new potential customers who are interested in signing up over the web and use our system?

it might be better if this is an option on the customer instead of as a system wide option..

fo example if you are providing DID / local service you might want not to pass the paypal fee to your customers but might want to pass the fee to customer who just use long distance..
