Hello Everybody,

In my opinion, it would be nice to implement comment/description box under Customer's card. If any special note for customer - so we can write under their card id rather than to write somewhere in computer[what happen gradually - very hard to find out notes later on].

I mean same descriiption box, As there is description box for rate card.

What would you use this for? Can you give an example? Something like "This customer is a pain in the ass" or ?? Is it for admin / operator use only?

This is for admin or operator.

Like, can keep notes that this customer have to have special NAT setup.

in my opinion, comment box is really useful.

Well, if that was done, some default info, would be kinda neat to have in there, such as last time they were on, what codec did they connect with (helps to diagnose quality), what IP was used (possibly even with the GeoIP info). Just a thought, but yeah, I think a notes section for operator/admin is a decent idea.
