I think, it would be nice to have one link for money "REFUND" option.

perhaps sometimes, we will refund the money to customer also, but what about to keep the records about it!

We have REFILL option, so its adding money to user account.

Same way:-

REFUND option, it will deduct money from user account and keep the records.

I think you can already use a customer charge with negative amount.

Yes, i think that is the only way to issue a "refund"

This is true but at the moment you are not able to add a negative value via the refill option.

The only other way i think this would work is by the add charge option but remember there is still no solution to this problem.

So what do we do then?
