I have encountered a problem with automated message playing.
Example: Calling a Phone Card company to make a long distant call
Currently when a specified number is dialed there is an automated message which says ‘Thank you for calling xxxxxxxx. Please enter your pin number’. Currently the customers have to wait till the entire message is played, to enter the pin number. Is there anyway the system can start recognizing the pin number before the entire message is played. In other words as soon as the customer hears ‘Thank you…’ he should be able to enter the pin number.
Is there a possible solution for this enhancement?
