unable to make a call

Hi
I have create custumer and I allow them credit but they aren't able to make any call.
Any ideas ?

you shuld create trunks, rates, tariffgroup and define a rates group for your customer

I created the trunk , the tariffgroup and the rate for the customer but when I try to make a call , I got the applet first. It tells me ready and few seconds after It writes :
Event (type11) for a non-existant session. Dropp
after it tells
Timeout for a non-existant session. Dropping
Any ideas?
Can you please, give me an detailled axample.
