the requested feature: recharging card using other card number through web without log in.

I printed cards and I sold in the market..ofcourse the buyer don't know his log in information so, he can't recharge his card.

the client is from Somalia, the call to his country costs 50c/min, the card is 10US$..he talked for 18min and his plance become 1US$..
so, actually if he want to call again using the card, he can talk 2 min and then the call cut..if there is a way he can buy 2 cards and add the palance of one of them to other without login using simple web page..that will be great.
