 Post subject: Rates Batchupdate: Option required to delete Trunk in Rate

When in the Ratecard list of rates the batch update correctly allows to change the trunk but once assigned does not allow the batch "deletion" of the trunk in the rates.

This is required to take the option of the globally defined Trunk in the Ratecard when this field is left blank.
