 Post subject: Moneybookers: Money transfered but account not updated

I have been reading all posts concerning the above but did not find an answer. Seems some of you have solved the issue so I'd be happy about a feedback.

The amount is transferred from moneybookers account A to account B.

So the data is properly submitted to moneybookers.

The only thing is, that the amount is not topped-up on the clients balance.

Any ideas?

I've got exactly the same symptoms you describe. I'm running branches/1.3 on Postgres. In my a2billing_epayment.log for each transaction I get:

I think the moneybookers secret needs to be 10 characters or less and all in lower case, but I've still not seen it work myself. :-(

The amount is transferred from moneybookers but the account in a2b was not refilled. Get anybody this issue?

Have you been in contact with Moneybookers regards setting your secret word? That was all I had to do to make it work well.

Hi,
i was setting the moneybookers password in the a2billing.conf but i have still the same problem, user account was not refill.

This is a password you've agreed with their representatives, not the password you use to login to their site?
