Not getting answered time and dial status

Hello,
When i hangup a call, log show blank in front of dialstatus and answeredtime.I m unable to find the issue y thses fields are blank. Because of these billing is not working as there is no answeredtime.
Plz help me. thanks in advanced.

Hello Vivek,
The same problem i have faced. Its so because Asterisk has blocked the SIGHUP signal and the child inherits this signal mask. This patch unblocks signals before exec'ing AGI scripts. U can found this patch in the link below:

Or its better to use upgraded version of Asterisk like asterisk-1.2.9
