Hi there I will try to explain to you as easy as it comes.

The astrix2billing software uses ; as a separator and a , for decimal in your charging sheet.

so the cvs file should look like this

Dialling prefix;country name;charge price;buying in price
1;USA;0,05;0,0001

to create this easy you need to obtain a charging list of your provider
open it in Excel. make sure that you have the collums in the right order.
delete all unnecesarry collums.
save it as a comma separated csv file.

then open notepad or wordpad
open file
then click on file tap
go to replace
replace , next line into ;
click on replace all ( this may take some time)
then change ; into . replace with ,
click on replace all
save

go the the astrix2billing rate cards and make first a tariff group
then click on import rate card.
choose the correct name of rate card
click on browse find your file
click on import rate card
you will see now the first entry being USA 1 0,05
if not then something went wrong and check your data file
If it is correct then browse again click on same file name and import rest
of your rate cards.

when finished system will tell you how many rates cards have been generated.
to check them click on define rate card
fill in rate card name and search

and they should be there

if yo have any problems give me a mail and I will help you
If you cannot obtain a prefix dailling list then let me know.

Adrian
