Hi,
I am working with asterisk@home 2.7, and I have a digium card TDM04b (4 ports Fx0); I create 2 ZAP trunks and 2 sip extensions on my asterisk.
I was followed all steps to configure a2billing:
- to edit extensions.conf
[callingcard]

- to edit sip.conf and iax.conf
#include additional_a2billing_sip.conf

- to edit a2billing.conf

; 0=none, 1=low, 2=normal, 3=all

- and the steps on a2billing
1st. Create TariffGroup
2nd. Create new RateCard
3rd. List TariffGroup; and EDIT your TariffGroup
4th. Choose TARIFFPLAN:- [2nd]new rate card & Add. Then confirm Data
now:-
5th. Add rate to [2nd] rate card
Add rate link:- This is the minimum parameters to start with
5.a. DIALPREFIX
5.b. DESTINATION
5.c. BUYING RATE
5.d. SELLING RATE
5.e. TRUNK
submit the data
to import rate card [this is minimum to select from that import page]:- Hoping, you have other setup rightly ...
6.a. Choose the ratecard to import :
6.b. Choose the trunk to use :
6.c. Browse your CSV file and press Import Ratecard
6.d. It will confirm you with first line of rate CSV file.

that's all right, but
I dial 7777# in my internal extension for simulate an incomming call and the operator tell me "please dial your pin number", then she tell me the credit card, and then "please dial the phone number", I dial the number with the prefix 9 for outbound calls i.e. (92605696) and it call out for the trunk zap (I see that in the panel of asterisk), but aparently call to 7777 and not to 92605696 because my pstn say "el numero que usted esta marcando no ha sido asignado al publico" (in colombia). My pstn is answering.
In other way I dial from an external phone and not answer the operator of a2billing.
I dont know what to do.
Please help me.
