 Post subject: CUSTOMER PIN AUTHENTICATION ISSUES

Has anybody ever encountered this problem before?
2 customer accounts are reliabily athenticated without problems. But any other subsequent account pins don't- one minute i get successful authentication and the nextminute i get the message "authentication failed".

Any clues? Thanks for your comments.
