Please help. My voip provider requires 011 forwarded for calls to all other destinations and 1 to US & Canada. However, add prefix feature in trunk setting only allows forwarding or stripping. In my my case, i want 011 forwarded for all destinations other than US/Canada. How can this be implemented?

define 2 trunks if you are dialing "country code + digits"
1. "carrier-americas" no prefix removed or added and used with USA, canada and some caribbean routes as their country code is 1
2. "carrier-international" add 011 ... used with international routes

You can define two trunks for the same carrier all you are doing here is managing what the prefix is that you will be passing to the carrier.

Define 1 trunk:
you can also just define one trunk and require that users type "1" for USA and Canada and 011 for international. This way you don't have to do anything [add or remove prefix] because the user would have presented you with a well formed dial string.
