include name in callerid

callerid is "name" <number> but a2b seems to strip off the "name" part and only the number gets sent with the call and placed in the cdr.

please can we have the full callerid "name"<number>

if your calling the PSTN it doesn't really matter much though since you can't actually set your outbound caller id name on outbound calls.

Some of us do use systems, services and vendors where we do have control over what appears on the pstn

when you look in your cdrs you want to see names as well numbers.
