some problems with the VOIP project. Here are the problems:

- Client can't put a user in multiple groups.
- Client can't adjust the sound files
- Client can't see how many people there are online
- Client can see just 1 phone ringing. This has to be multiple.

Please try to fix this asap so we can finish this project.

Any idea on this is highly appreciated.

Hi

I can see that there would be conflcits doing this, as the group controls what the customer can see in their UI. This is unlikely to be possible - what are you trying to achieve.

You can do some custom Asterisk dialplan work before entering A2Billing.
The sound files can be re-recorded, just leave the names the same
There are options in the agi-conf to play different IVR

Asteriskinfo under Maintenance gives an indication of VoIP users online

Check Asterisk Info channels page.

Hi

What in particular are you having difficulties with?

If you have budget, a short one to one training session may be of use to you. Write to [email protected] for more details.

Hi Jroper

I am an individual and performing some testing on my project. As I am not having any budget associated with it.

If you can help me I can learn this ..

I am not sure how to change / modify AND/OR use

1. Asterisk dialplan
2. agi-conf
3. Asteriskinfo under Maintenance
4. Asterisk Info channels

Please see if you can extend your support ..

Hi

1. In respect of the Asterisk dial plan, download or purchase a copy of "Asterisk, The Future of Telephony"

2. Agi-conf is highly commented, click system settings - here is a link to our demo version

http://demo.asterisk2billing.org/a2b_ad ... section=18

password admin / admin

3. To view Asterisk-info, click maintenance, then asterisk-info

http://demo.asterisk2billing.org/a2b_ad ... msg=nodemo

4. 4 should be staring you in the face when you have clicked on the link above.
