i'm using a AFG800 and work, fine, but you need to setup one card for port.

That is simple. I am using quintum BX too.

Well configure your QBX (Quintum BX) to receive call and send it to your Asterisk box as you use QBX to send calls to your carreer.
Now, set your asterisk to accept call from all IPs or you define the IP of the quintum in the asterisk.(Note that if asterisk does not recognise your IP it will not allow call in)
In the asterisk extensions.conf or extensions_additional.conf (if you installed asterisk from trixbox) you must have the following

;***Send to billing***

exten => _X.,1,Answer
exten => _X.,2,Wait,1
exten => _X.,3,DeadAGI,a2b.php
exten => _X.,4,Wait,2
exten => _X.,5,Hangup
above means any ANI (including your locally defined extension) that was not defined above will go to A2billing.
How you handle the information in a2b is left to you.
Most of the modification is not in A2B. If you have a specific usage you can post it or email me. May be I can get you through the whole configuration work.

Good Luck
